When the website is accessed, the server and technical services may process information such as IP address, access date and time, requested pages, browser type, operating system and technical logs.
The exact categories depend on the hosting, server configuration and services in use.
2.3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Depending on the website configuration and the consent provided, the website may use analytics and marketing tools and embedded third-party content, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, YouTube, Vimeo and Google Maps.
Further information is available in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Analytics and marketing
Legal basis: consent where required by applicable law. Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies should remain blocked until the necessary consent has been obtained.
4. How Enquiries Are Processed
Messages submitted through the contact form are stored in the website database in a table named contact_messages, containing fields for name, email address, subject and message.
The website may also send a notification about a new enquiry to the email address configured by the administrator in the website settings. The visitor’s email address may be included as the reply-to address.
Database storage and email delivery are separate operations. A message may remain stored in the database even if the notification email fails to send.
Access to enquiry messages should be restricted to authorised persons who need the information to handle the enquiries.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
Depending on the circumstances, personal data may be accessible to:
• the website hosting and technical support provider;
• the email service provider;
• authorised personnel handling customer enquiries;
• analytics, advertising, mapping or video-service providers, where the relevant technologies are enabled;
• competent public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Transfers Outside the European Economic Area
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers take place, they must rely on an applicable mechanism under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
The actual recipients and transfer mechanisms depend on the services used and their configuration.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Enquiries are retained for the period necessary to handle them, maintain relevant follow-up communications and protect the Company’s legitimate interests. Where no other legal basis applies, a defined review and deletion period should be established for enquiries that are no longer active.
If an enquiry leads to contractual or accounting relationships, the relevant records may be retained for the periods required by applicable law.
Technical logs and cookie-related data are retained for periods determined by the server configuration and the relevant service.
Important: specific retention periods must be established and implemented in practice. Publishing this policy does not, by itself, activate automatic deletion from the database.

• rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure where the legal requirements are met;

• lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@eclipsevision.eu. Where justified, we may request additional information necessary to verify your identity.
The Bulgarian supervisory authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection: https://www.cpdp.bg/.

The website is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data through the contact form unless it is necessary and the applicable legal requirements are met.
